Department Name Change: Scholarship Programs

There has been a department name change within Thematic Programs / Initiatives : "Network Scholarship Programs" has become just "Scholarship Programs". GSA has already updated with the name change. Network Scholarship Programs should be deleted and the link for Scholarship Programs should be added between Roma Initiatives Office and Youth Initiative.

I changed both the link title and the report title. I also moved it down in the sort order. The URL still says network-scholarship-program but I doubt people care about that. If so, I'll need to delete and re-create it.

It's fine to have the old name in the URL, but I'm not seeing any staff populated in the report. I also see that the report title is still Network Scholarship Programs. Can you take a look?

Ahh, I thought it was just a name change. I didn't realize the entities changed. Fixed.
