Error when install - SyntaxError

Bug Description

Hello, I tried to install arch linux griffith.
I see installations instructions

You can test Griffith without installing it:
$ cd griffith-version
$ ./griffith --home /tmp/griffith

outcome

$ ./griffith --home /tmp/griffith
  File "./griffith", line 58
    print "no gtk_osxapplication support."
                                         ^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax

in arch linux I griffith not available
https://www.archlinux.org/packages/community/any/griffith/files/

I would hate to not have to start with my collection again from the beginning.

please help me

I can't test it but you can try to override that failing check. Perhaps it is a false-positive.
Open the file, go to line 59, change the text " exit(4)" to "# exit(4)" and start griffith again.
