Bug Description

3material-droplet-p1dgp2-test-cty-cv-rhop1dg fails on Intel with:

3material-droplet-p1dgp2-test-cty-cv-rhop1dg: Running check that reasonable tolerance (1.0e-08) is being used to test conservation:
divergence tolerance = 1.78667069417e-08
3material-droplet-p1dgp2-test-cty-cv-rhop1dg: failure.

This is a test owned by Brendan, who has now left - can someone else who understands the result comment on whether the tolerance can safely be dropped to 2.0e-08 here so the test passes?

That small increase in the divergence is fine - I've set the tolerance to 2e-8.
