Bug Description
I have no U1 credentials in the keyring on my saucy system.
I attempted to buy a free app, accepted the terms of service, and was shown the U1 oauth screen embedded in the USC window.
However, it appears unstyled, and shows both the login and register forms at the same time, rendering it unusable.

I'm marking this incomplete, as it's probably an isolated network issue that's causing the CSS or other files to not completely download, and thus not be rendered properly.
