Hi,
Thank you for the bug report. Could you please try to obtain a backtrace by following the instructions on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MozillaTeam/Bugs, or upload the crash report from /var/crash/.

Also, please answer these questions:
Is this crash reproducible? If so, which are the steps that lead to it?
Which flash package do you have installed?
Which Java package do you have installed?
Which firefox extensions do you have installed?

This will greatly aid us in tracking down your problem.

Thanks again
Justin

Thank you Matthias Mainzer for submitting this report.

Unfortunately seems that your crash report doesn't have a coredump, nor
a backtrace. Could you please try to obtain a backtrace by following the
instructions on [1], or upload the crash report that probably was
generated during the crash and that should be located at /var/crash/ to
[2].

Please indicate which extensions/plugins do you have enabled; and if
this crash is reproducible describe the steps that lead to it (it is
very important for us to have a test case for each crash).

This will greatly aid us in tracking down your problem.

Thanks in advance.

H. Montoliu

Thank you for the bug report however this report lacks information we need to investigate it further. Of course this is not your fault, but the file report file you attached doesn't provide useful information for us, it doesn't have the coredump. For this reason, we are now going to close the bug report - please feel free to reopen when you have more information at hand (e.g. try to get a backtrace with debug symbols following the instructions I posted in my previous email).

And please don't doubt to report any other crashes/issues you might have in the future.

Further information can be found at [1].
