unitywebappsqmllauncher.desktop shouldn't be present or visible to dash searches on touch

unitywebappsqmllauncher.desktop is currently installed part of the main unity-webapps-qml package. It is thus searchable and visible in the dash which shouldnt' be the case since it is used only for autopilot tests so that the hud can have a proper app_id.
