rename gnome-disk-utility to gnome-disks

Bug Description

The former GNOME Disk Utility is now called GNOME Disks and the binary is named gnome-disks. Given that, I think we should rename the gnome-disk-utility package to gnome-disks.

Most of gnome-disk-utility's packaging is done by Debian. Could you file a bug with Debian please?

The upstream repository and tarballs are still named gnome-disk-utility. That will need to be changed before Debian or Ubuntu will want to change the packaging:
