Bug Description

One can see extra stars in some places. Those stars can't be found in any atlas or catalogue except stellarium. Usually they have strange B-V value of 3.50. See attached picture for a view of a few false stars near HIP 17892.

Is there any way to mark those stars manually and remove them from according stars_*_*v*_*.cat?
Also if we can delete stars, then prоbably we can add some, like new novae or mistakenly missed ones?
