Bug Description

The calendar should have a today-button in the main-window instead of hiding it in calendar's menu.

(By the way: the names here at launchpad are still the old ones (Maya, Noise,...). These should be updated to the new names.)

This is hidden in the settings menu at the moment - ideally there should be a button on the main panel where it is easily accessible. I'd consider that a must-have feature in a desktop calendar.

Great to see that the new button has arrived - but I would agree with Daniel's suggestion that "this should just be a text button to avoid all confusion". Google Calendar does this quite nicely - just using the word "Today". See screenshot.
