Sort instance uptime sorts alphabetically

In the instance list view, e.g. "2 days, 1 hour" comes after "1 month, 2 weeks". I'm pretty sure it's sorting alphabetically.

Maybe display filters need to be moved client-side?

There is a discussion about this bug. I'd ask justinsb to clarify if the bug is about wrong order of instances on Page Load, or just the column sorter of the table sorts wrong.

    Sortable instances

    New filter that appends a timestamp to the uptime localized string,
    managed with tablesorter new parser on client side.
