Bug Description
I have a machine located in Czech Republic, where my account is set to use English for everything except time format:
me@here:~$ set | grep LC
LC_COLLATE=
LC_CTYPE=
LC_MESSAGES=
LC_TIME=cs_CZ.utf8
me@here:~$
Now all applications respect this and "talk" to me in English.
Today I installed unetbootin and it's in Czech.
I don't know where unetbootin gets this information but it's apparently not right.

I have precisely the same "problem", only for me it is not Czech but Dutch.
