Bug Description
Intermittently, when I run:
$ at -l
it prints this error message for some of its jobs:
Cannot stat in /var/spool/
Example output:
$ at -l
13 Fri Nov 1 21:00:00 2013 a jsmith
5 Wed Sep 11 21:00:00 2013 a jsmith
32 Tue Sep 10 07:00:00 2013 a jsmith

To reproduce, run "at -l" 10-20 times in rapid succession.
