Bug Description

When our HP K109g is given a print command HPLIP announces job start followed by job end a few seconds later but the device doesn't even budge or make any sound nor prints. Please fix this as I cannot use the printer otherwise. Trying to reprint by right-clicking the print queue produces nothing. http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?cc=in&destPage=product&dlc=en&lc=en&product=5098187& shows that Linux is an operating system option for this model of single function printer.

Surprisingly, the HPLIP and Ubuntu printer test pages print fine. I am using the latest version of HPLIP 3.13.8 on Ubuntu 12.04 and Centos 6 but I got the same results with Linux Mint live DVD Nadia and Maya as well as with LMDE 04 2012.
