Bug Description
account-
- Install invoice_webkit
- Go to 'invoices' report, set 'webkit header' to 'Base Minimum Portrait Header'
- Update invoice_webkit module
- Go to 'invoices' report
'webkit header' is 'Base Reports Portrait Header'
I think the module should not reset settings modified by admin

Where a noupdate should be set to True on data. Maybe split the definition of the record to only add the header in noupdate.
