Need to sync PO files with the latest code for Havana-3

We need to sync PO files with the latest code for Havana-3.

After we enter "String Freeze" period, we need to update PO files in a patch with string update.
It is useful to sync PO files with the latest code for Havana.

AFAIK, this process is not automated at now.
Of course we need to consider making it automated.

    Sync English PO files with the latest code for Havana-3

    Closes-Bug: #1221539

    This commit updates English PO files only which requires for
    translation. Other languages are not updated since they will
    be update by importing translations from Transifex.
