Bug Description
I'm experiencing frequent crashes of mediascanner-
Apparently there is a file descriptor around grillo's lastfm cache files. The problem can also happen on small music collections over longer period of time when new files get added.
As a result of the crash, mediascanner will most likely never flush lucene index and thus never write actual index data. It'll get restared by upstart, but will most likely crash again and never actually finish the task of scanning.

The leak seems to be related to cache files of grilo's lastfm plugin (see attached log of open fds at the moment it crashes in gdb), but it's unclear yet whether it's a problem in plugin itself, grilo's plugin framework or in mediascanner using the plugin incorrectly.
