Sync libcangjie 0.0.1a+git20130528-1, pycangjie 0.0.1-1 and ibus-cangjie 1.0-1 from Debian sid main

[Ma Hsiao-chun]

Please sync libcangjie 0.0.1a+git20130528-1, pycangjie 0.0.1-1 and ibus-cangjie 1.0-1 in Universe from Debian sid main. Since these 3 packages are related so I put them all in one bug report.
