Drop libaugeas-ruby, replaced by ruby-augeas

Bug Description

Please drop the libaugeas-ruby source since it's been replaced by ruby-augeas.

Also, if it hasn't been done already, ruby-augeas needs to be promoted to main since libaugeas-ruby was in main.

Old source package removed. I'm not sure we need to promote the new binaries to main, component-mismatches doesn't seem to think they need to go. Were they a dependency in the past of something that was in main and is no longer?

Oh, nevermind. I see that the binaries renamed too. We'll have to seed the transitional packages to make it a smooth transition from 12.04 to 14.04. Doing that.
