Bug Description

please compare the files that are shipped with the two 3.11 kernel packages:
linux-image-3.11.0-4-generic [1] and linux-image-3.11.0-2-lowlatency [2].

linux-image-3.11.0-4-generic is missing 700+ modules which should be shipped, according to /boot/config-3.11.0-4-generic

Cheers,
Raoul

The -generic kernel has two separate packages: linux-image and linux-image-extra. I believe the modules you do not see are in the linux-image-extra package:

The lowlatency kernel only has one package, which is why you see them all listed together.
