Bug Description
• IMPROVEMENT REQUEST: While I applaud the inclusion of entries in the Location Directory in various local dialects and languages (and alphabets), it would useful to also include the commonly used names, like Cairo (along with al-Qahira), Damascus (with Dimashq) and Florence (with Firenze). It didn’t take me long to locate Irkutsk (Иркутск) and Moscow (Москва) in the Russian Federation because I sort of know what they are written out as, but I still haven’t located Vladivostok and Novosibirsk in Cyrillic. I know I can look it up in their Wikipedia entries but it would be better to include commonly used names for places in Stellarium’s Location Directory.
