Bug Description

Recently, my python program to update the Unity launcher with a list of recent Libreoffice documents has stopped displaying any Libreoffice writer .odt documents. All Calc, Draw and Impress documents appear fine as do writer documents if they are in .doc or .sxw format. Problem only seems to be with .odt documents.

I have attached a simple program to illustrate the problem. Assuming you have recently accessed both libreoffice calc and writer documents, you should see the problem by running in a terminal window.

On my system, when I run with progname = Event.new_for_values(actor='application://libreoffice-writer.desktop') , I see only 2 documents, 1 .doc and 1 sxw, no .odt files appear. When I change to progname = Event.new_for_values(actor='application://libreoffice-calc.desktop') , I see all 10 recent .ods files. All draw and impress documents will also appear if progname is changed accordingly.

The .odt files do however appear in the Gnome-activity-journal.

I am running Ubuntu 13.04 and Libreoffice Version 4.0.2.2 (Build ID: 400m0(Build:2)) on a Toshiba Satellite L350.

My original program used to work fine, I noticed the problem a few weeks ago. Any help you need (I'm not overly technical) or further information, let me know.
