Bug Description
Unknown version (phablet-flash cdimage-touch --pending on 2013-09-03)
1. From another phone, call your phone. Do not answer.
2. On the other phone, hang up.
3. Look at your phone.
What you see: The messaging indicator is grey as usual.
What you should see: The messaging indicator is highlighted.
