Set heights for advanced search boxes in config.tt2

This patch allows explicitly setting the height for each of the select boxes in the Advanced Search. Adding "adv_size" to adv_attr or adv_filter in the search.adv_config sets the corresponding select box height. Settings adv_size to less than 1 makes the box height the same as number of options in the box.

Updated the branch. It's now possible to also set colspan and rowspan in the config for the boxes, and a default select box height for all of the expert search boxes.

Tested, and it works as advertised. I signed off and expanded the commit message slightly to include the colspan/rowspan change mentioned in a comment above. My signoff branch is below. Nice change, Pasi!
