Bug Description
Binary package hint: k3b
The system configuration dialog that appears when k3b starts up (see first entry in screenshot): "cdrecord will be run without root privileges".
Specifically the dialog strongly recommends that cdrecord should be run as root. Following discussion in #kubuntu-devel it seems that this no longer true. Since wodim was forked from cdrecord it no longer requires root.
This is very confusing for a new user since it implies that some critical action is required to make k3b work properly but gives no information on what that action should be. If this is no longer true then this message should be removed

I can confirm this as fixed in k3b 1.0.1-1ubuntu3 (Gutsy)
