ListItem.SingleControl doesn't display properly in Popover

Bug Description

Using ListItem.SingleControl within a Popover doesn't display properly and prints the error: `QML SingleControl: Binding loop detected for property "implicitHeight"`

To reproduce, copy and paste the example at http://developer.ubuntu.com/api/devel/ubuntu-13.10/qml/ui-toolkit/qml-ubuntu-components-popups0-popover.html exactly, save it as a file and run it with qmlscene.

A screenshot of the issue is attatched.
