Cannot import feeds from opml file

Feedler does't import data from ompl files.
When I try to do so, the progress bar will show at the top in the toolbar. However, the loading stops at the middle and doesn't import any feeds. It doesn't hang, the application seems to be functional while in the process.

Feeds were exported into file from feedly.com site.

C'mon, it's been more than a year. Im sure there's time to solve such huge bug. I'm also affected.
