Bug Description

When pressing "<ctrl>-a a" in org-mode this message is displayed:

Symbol's function definition is void: appt-make-list

What I was excpeting was to get the agenda view.

I have a feeling this should be easy to fix but unfortunately I don't know how to do it :(

I'm running the emacs 24 package from the cassou ppa: http://ppa.launchpad.net/cassou/emacs/ubuntu

GNU Emacs 24.3.1 (i686-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 3.4.2)
of 2013-08-22 on chindi02, modified by Debian

Please advise me how to fix this issue and/or how I can provide more information on my issue.

Thanks for the help
- Kristian

I think it will be package "emacs24".

I solved the issue (finally) by including:

(require 'appt)

In the init-file for emacs.

ps. Wanted to put a "solved" tag for this issue but since it wasn't available I put the status as "opinion".

Changed in emacs-snapshot:
status: New → Opinion
