Bug Description

Hi Mich,

The first thing: Thanks for your update. I download all the files of your hr-ng modules up to revision 30 (the latest one). I make a new data base and start to install all the modules you have. The attached error is appear while installing. Something is missing relates to the security group policy (please check?).

- The second thing: From the updates you recently made [from rev 24 up to 30]. I think you mostly give the ordinary user [not an HR officer] from his account the ability to apply for a leave also you give him the ability to see his contart and schedule. While I am tried to check all these things I have the problem of installation as describe above.
Please insure that the ordinary user can:
- Apply for a leave
- Ask for leave allocation
- access his record (personal information,..........) as (read only)
- give him the ability to update some information taht relates to his like his address, .... or take a new picture, or upload some new certificates,.....
-access his payroll slip (read only)
- access his schedule, contract, performance report, assessment report (read only)

I advice you and all the other in the group to have a look at the greate hr software [orangeHRM] and try to take ideas from all the features that it has.

Thanks in advance

Also, regarding your other comments:
The use cases that my customers are interested in do not include employee self-service. They are large organizations where 99% of their employees wouldn't know what to do with a computer. They're more interested in tools that make it easier for the HR personnel to manage their employees. Therefore, employee self-service is very low on my list of priorities. However, if you are willing to try the modules out and point out things that aren't working from that point of view, I am will do my best to fix the bugs.
