Print to file does not save in the correct folder

Bug Description

Release : 12.10 and 13.04
Step to reproduce :
Open any document
then >file>print
Select 'Print to file' in the printing dialog
in 'Save in folder' select any folder different from home
then print
The document will be generated in the home folder wathever the
selected folder.

"Print to file" has nothing to do with CUPS, it is completely implemented in the print dialog, which is part of GTK. Moving ...

The issue should be fixed in Ubuntu 13.10 and newer versions
