Improve gtk default dialogs

Bug Description
I love the design of the elementary apps, but unfortunately, the gtk dialogs don't fit very well in the overall system design, not to say that they are simply ugly as hell.
Would it be possible to override these dialogs (especially save and open) to use the code from Files. It would be ok, if only the granite apps have these improved dialogs.
