Edit schema to anystring

Editing to anystring will mean editing all existing PHYML files. How about adding a comment underneath instead?

After offline discussion we will amend the schema to make page number a string, *but* this will mess up all existing PHYML files (by removing the page numbers). I will also need to write a script to do the data transfer to the new schema which will need running on all existing files.
