[address book app] When saving a new contact with just first name, it should be displayed with just the first name

Current situation

Steps:
Add unknown number as new contact via pop-over
Christina is typed as first name
User press 'save'
In the contacts list view, you see it displayed as 'Christina Undefined'

Desired solution
Just display 'Christina' when last name is not defined.

@renatofilho; hi, please do not change the status of bugs in the "ubuntu-ux" project, as we use this project to track design status and final design QA. For example, changing status from Fix Committed → Fix Released in ubuntu-ux means that a designer has tested the implementation of the bug on the phone and has confirmed that implementation matches the change request.
