Bug Description
This is similar to bug 1187316: The translation toolchain is missing some dojo nls files, so the contents of those files cannot be translated. In this case, FlattenerGrid.js and PCrudFilterPane.js

One small thing I noticed in passing: the "FILTER" entry in FlattenerGrid.js doesn't seem to be used anywhere. Should that value be removed?
