XQDoc <ul> looks bad

Bug Description

An HTML <ul> when rendered for XQDoc looks bad. Specifically, the bullets are missing; see attached screenshot.

For example please mention the section of the XQDoc generated HTML did you notice this problem (Function description/function parameters etc.)
Off course a module URI where you noticed the problem would also be more than enough.

You type:

make xqdoc

and look at the generated HTML in a browser. You can look at the Full Text module documentation for host-lang#0.
(Or you could have simply grep'd for <ul>.)
