Bug Description

Problem description:
-----------------------------

When a new note is created on a dual monitor setup, it is positioned at (0,0) pixels on the left monitor, i.e. its top is hidden below the panel. The note cannot be moved or closed until it is raised e.g. by selecting "Show all" from the application menu.

Proposed solution:
--------------------------

While under GTK 2.x, gtk.gdk.screen_height() takes into account anything that occupies part of the monitor area (including _NET_WM_STRUT_PARTIAL), GTK 3 has no such support (yet?).

I would suggest creating new notes centered both horizontally and vertically on the primary monitor, as this would work as expected in all desktop scenarios.
