Bug Description
In a recent revision, 1714 I think, unit type updates were made to brakes.cs which stopped vacuum brakes (common on UK heritage stock) from working at all. I mentioned this in the Elvas Tower "Maybe it's a bug" forum under topic "Experimental Release 1717" on 19 Aug 2013.
I have since been looking through the code of brakes.cs and I attach a suggested patch to two conversion routines which seems to work for me.
