Linaro android jellybean 4.3 arndale builds

Playback of audio .WAV files from music app fail.

No audio sound over HDMI audio output.

For comment #3, no media files found by Music app that because the file structure on SD card is incorrect.

After mounted SD card to PC, I it shows that the Android storage directories, like DCIM, Download, Pictures, etc., don't exist.
