must be consistent with multinode job ids

The scheduler UI must handle the multinode jobs sub ids, instead of displaying the sub id but using the underlying id, what confuses people.

- /scheduler/job/x.y must work
- the links for a job must use the sub id instead of the underlying id. i.e. if the link text is 888.1, then the link should point to a url containing 888.1, not 899 or something like that.
