Bug Description

build 082713.1
Galaxy Nexus

When adding a new contact or editing an existing contact, when pressing the "+" button (to add a new phone/email/im, etc), the focus should be shifted to the new field and it should scroll visible into view. This is not working properly.

Steps to reproduce:
1) create a new contact
2) enter a mobile phone number
3) press the "+" key to enter a second phone number

Expected Results:
- focus and cursor should shift to newly added field
- the newly added field should scroll into view

Actual results:
- the new field is added but the cursor never moves to it and the field does not scroll into view

We need to add the correct behavior to any field regardless of category when the "+" button is pressed
