Bug Description

When I go to the publish screen of a dLCMS Lesson I get an error:

Error Type: ImportError
Error Value: cannot import name is_silva_layout_installed

This is In the demo content (Silva training).

I cannot reproduce this error. Can you give me more detailed information.

I also can't reproduce this error using Samuel's test content I get the export page.
