Bug Description

Murano can deploy ASP.NET application on IIS server, but now only local users can get access to this applications after the deploy.

Need to provide access to all users to get ASP.NET application after the deployment.

For example, the following user story should work:
1. User creates service with Type = ASP.NET
2. User deploys environment
3. User navigate to the instances tab and assign floating IP for instance with ASP.NET application
4. User can connect to this application by link like http://172.18.124.226/demoapp

Fixed. Now users can connect to the ASP.NET application by http://172.18.124.226 (if 172.18.124.226 - floating IP of VM with ASP.NET application)
