Bug Description
Everytime I use the keyboard shortcut, or "hotkey", Fn+F8 to change my display configuration, the dash is summoned (or closed if already summoned).
Pressing those two keys on their own does nothing.
With no external monitor plugged in, I can:
- Summon or close the dash with a normal Fn+F8 combination
- Reveal the launcher and then the keyboard shortcut overlay by doing Fn+F8 and holding Fn.

13.04 is no longer supported. Is this still a problem on 12.04/14.04/14.10?
