Please sync parallel 20130622-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * New upstream release (LP: #1084863)
  * New upstream release (LP: #1084863)

There is no delta in Ubuntu. Only new upstream release, which Debian got newer than Ubuntu.
