I am looking for a way to include that fix in meta-linaro while we wait it being merged upstream.

Working this around turned out truly frustrating, but eventually found an simple way.

worked around in commit: 5451e93e1f9b0323ff2b1ea233887dc558c73edb

The commit must be reverted once the proper fix is in oe-core.
