Bug Description
It seems that "exclude from any reports" acts like "exclude from account summary".
In particular, in the report of balance, when "exclude from any reports" is selected, it has no effect on the calculations of the balance.
I just can't select the account that I excluded but it has no effect on calculation when I select "select all" in the report.

It only seems that the balance report when select all do not exclude account with exclude from report checked.
Will fix.
Otherwise the 2 other exclude from seems to works the way they should.
