Bug Description
I'm using a laser cutter to make stencils, and I need to adjust the gerber file sent to the device to account for the width of the beam. I've hacked up a simple command line option that scales the thickness of any pads as they are drawn in the paste layer, which allows the user to adjust the relative pad sizes easily.
I could easily be convinced that the adjustment should be a constant dimension rather than a scale factor, but this patch did get my stencil made today and I figured it would be better to share what I used.
This patch is against 20130507.

Hi Keith,
I found a typo: "@code(1}" in main.c should read "@code{1}".
Revised patch applied.
Kind regards,
Bert Timmerman.
