xfce4-indicator-plugin audio widget hides drop-down panel

Bug Description

The xfce4-indicator-plugin audio item (speaker icon) consistently
hides the drop down panel containing the volume control when I click on this item.
In effect, the xfce4-indicator-plugin audio item is unusable.

Work-around: Copy the Pulse Audio Volume Control
to Panel 0 (slower but functional).

Please see ZIP file attachment. I used my camera to take 2 photos of the same action, namely, clicking on the audio item on Panel 0:
1 - 13.04 (normal case)
2 - 13.10 (anomaly case)

Please note that I have not customized Panel 0 in either case except for adding application launchers (E.g. Firefox, Gedit, etc.).

Thanks. I just tried the work-around in report #1208204 and it worked for me too:

1. sudo <editor> /usr/share/dbus-1/services/indicator-sound.service
2. Changed the Exec line to be as follows
          Exec=/usr/lib/indicator-sound-gtk2/indicator-sound-service
3. Restarted the desktop.

Back to normal.
