feisty's bughelper 0.1 does not work anymore

Because of a wrong regular expression in HTMLOperations.BugPage bughelper does not work since launchpad has the new bug - states.

There seems to be an additional issue: bugreports with "Branch exists' or 'Mentoring offered' are ignored.

This bug is not a duplicate of bug #121501 as regular expression only exist in feisty's bughelper version.

I verfied that "bugnumbers -p update-notifier" does not show anything with the stock feisty version. After the update this command gives me a number of bugs. I mark this verfication-done now.
