Bug Description

Noise doesn't support gapless playback of Mp3 files.
Although Mp3 format doesn't have native support for gapless playback, some audio players has no problems playing those gap-free (Audacious, Clementine, DeadDBeeF to name a few).

This would be a very welcomed feature in Noise.

This doesn't seem to work properly with GStreamer 1.0. At least not for AAC and MP3. On hold for now.

I am working on this issue and came up with several solutions. Tested on of them and it works in Noise.

However the definition of gapless playback is not very clear here.
Here are the definitions I found:

a) Play audio files as if they were a singe file. Avoid few milliseconds of gaps when switching between tracks, audio files can still contain silence at the end.

b) Ignore the silence or the low volume at the end of each audio file and skip to the next song. This will not avoid any delays when switching tracks, personally I don't notice any difference when compared to the other audio players.

My solution is based on option b. At least this is how it works in Audacious. Is this what is required here for this issue?
