Please sync gpicview 0.2.3+git20130714-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * New upstream snapshot.
   - Fix showing original size (LP: #1085230).
   - Fix scrolling at 100% (LP: #880024).
   - Reset properly "Original size" button (LP: #492723).
  * New upstream snapshot.

Ubuntu delta is only newer version. Debian is already more up-to-date.
